票證標準推動協作人員主要為票證來源單位所屬承辦，包括業管單位與運輸（公路、軌道）業者相關作業之負責人，協作人員協助辦理之工作事項包括：

  * 上傳所轄業者票證資料
  * 檢視所轄業者票證資料上傳與處理情形
  * 查詢所轄業者品質KPI報表
  * 建立、管理【票證資料提送配合度】建構資料
  * 查詢所轄業者統計、加值分析報表

* 運輸業者協作事項
  * 檢視所屬路線票證資料上傳與處理情形
  * 查詢所屬路線品質KPI報表
  * 查詢所屬路線統計、加值分析報表
