### 資料異常填寫方式

* 異常缺站牌(站位、車站)欄位填 -99
* 缺時間資料填 0000-00-00 00:00:00
*  缺價格填寫-99

### 無需繳交票證特例

* 紙票(非電子票證、回數票、月票)：若無電腦紀錄資料，則無需提供
* 高捷-單次搭乘券：只能知道迄站無法知道起站，也無法知道價格，此類資料無需提供

非電子票證資料格式收納以票面之起、迄站與搭乘日期為主，其他資料則屬選填欄位，確有困難時可不提供。若有其他特殊狀況無法正確填寫出標準票證資料，請與本中心客服聯繫。
