本指南提供票證協作平臺（以下簡稱本平臺）新進使用者需注意事項的指引，說明申請本平臺使用者帳號、準備標準票證資料、使用後臺服務功能的程序，並就常見之帳號與平臺使用問題提供解說；下圖依身份別區分使用者可參考的說明內容。
